The Admissions Process

Welcome to our admission process guide. Here’s how to enroll your child in our school:

Step 1: Application Form

1. Visit our school and purchase an application form for ₦2,000.
2. Alternatively, you can request the application form online by texting the school Secretary at 2347038304429 on WhatsApp. Please note that the ₦2,000 payment must be made before the form is processed.

Step 2: Admission Policy

1. Kindergarten Class: Children aged 18 months and above are eligible for admission.
2. Nursery Section: Children aged between 3½ and 5 years are eligible for enrollment.
3. Primary Section: Children aged 5 years and above are eligible for enrollment.

Step 3: Admission Requirements

1. Registration form: ₦2,000 (available at the Admissions Office or online).
2. Passport-size photograph.
3. Formal/informal interview.
4. Certificate of Birth.
5. Medical Report.

Step 4: Pre-Admission Orientation

1. Schedule a pre-admission orientation meeting between parents, the child, and the Class Teacher at a mutually convenient time.

Step 5: Interview

1. An initial meeting with the applicant and their parents will be conducted to determine the suitability of the school. This cooperative meeting will explore your child’s academic goals, personality, and compatibility.
2. Please bring the following documents to the interview:
• 2 recent passport photographs (not more than 3 months old).
• Medical Report.
• Certificate of Birth.
• Copy of the Registration form with Bank teller/payment receipt.

Step 6: Testing

1. Students are required to complete our entrance examination. This test assesses the child’s abilities in mathematics, vocabulary, spelling, grammar, and reading comprehension.

Step 7: Admission Decision

1. After the above steps are completed and all supporting documentation has been received and reviewed, successful candidates will be notified via SMS, email, or phone call.
2. A provisional letter of admission will then be issued for collection.
3. To accept the admission offer and secure your child’s placement, submit a signed Acceptance letter along with all required payments.
